Change Preference Inventory for Educators (CPIE) (Assessment)

The results of the CPIE allow participants to place themselves on a continuum from Preserver orientation to Initiator orientation in their approach to responding to leading and managing change. Additionally, participants are able to determine their preference for leading and managing change and gain new insights about how to use their preferences in conjunction with the change preferences of their co-workers in order to collaboratively lead effective change. Educational leaders are provided the opportunity to work on “real-life change situations” which they face in their schools/districts.
